What Mews grads have to say

The process

Our application and interview process offers a number of opportunities for you to show off your skills and for us to get to know you better. Here's how it works.

Pick your department

When submitting your application, you’ll select the department that best matches your skills and interests. This is where you’ll complete your first 8-month rotation.

Submit a video

We thought a cover letter might be too conventional. Instead, we’d love for you to send us an introductory video about yourself and we will ask you to answer one question.

Talk to a recruiter

You'll have an informative conversation with a recruiter; they'll ask about your background and you can get your questions answered too.

Complete an assessment

You’ll complete a task related to your chosen department that you will send in advance to our team. This is the chance to showcase your thinking.

Meet the leaders

You’ll meet the department leader and another Mewser to discuss your assessment and have the chance to ask them questions.

Final interview

In the final stage, you’ll meet with a member of our executive team, they are the true embodiment of our Constitution.

Teams for your first rotations

You want to know what you’re actually applying for. It’s impossible to capture every nuance of a department but if we had to distil it down to a team description (which we do because this is a team description), it would be this:
