Two-year program
The program is two years of excitement and opportunity. You'll get to dive deep into different functional areas and be a part of an exciting and dynamic business.
Rotate through teams
If variety is the spice of life, this is chili-pepper hot. You'll get the chance to bid for roles and get to work in different parts of the business to discover work you love.
Learn to lead
No menial, boring tasks here. You'll be an important team member and will learn what it takes to be a leader. You'll develop, grow and boost your skills in a variety of areas.

Our application and interview process offers a number of opportunities for you to show off your skills and for us to get to know you better. Here's how it works.
Pick your department
When submitting your application, you’ll select the department that best matches your skills and interests. This is where you’ll complete your first 8-month rotation.
Submit a video
We thought a cover letter might be too conventional. Instead, we’d love for you to send us an introductory video about yourself and we will ask you to answer one question.
Talk to a recruiter
You'll have an informative conversation with a recruiter; they'll ask about your background and you can get your questions answered too.
Complete an assessment
You’ll complete a task related to your chosen department that you will send in advance to our team. This is the chance to showcase your thinking.
Meet the leaders
You’ll meet the department leader and another Mewser to discuss your assessment and have the chance to ask them questions.
Final interview
In the final stage, you’ll meet with a member of our executive team, they are the true embodiment of our Constitution.

FAQs
We encourage you to experience the office environment and connect with your team. Therefore, you should be able to reach the office at least three days a week.
Intakes occur once a year, starting in mid-September and ending in January.
We recommend carefully considering which department you wish to apply for and your motivation for doing so.
No, we do not sponsor visas.
You will pitch yourself in front of a committee. Based on Mews’s needs and your performance, the committee will decide your next rotation.
Yes, you will receive a competitive monthly salary for an entry-level position depending on your location.
The program runs for 24 months, starting in March 2025 and ending in March 2027.
