Your Apartment has over 230 serviced apartments across Bristol, Milton Keynes, and London.. They welcome guests for both leisure and business, with short trips as well longer, multi-month stays common.
When looking for a new hospitality system, the Your Apartment team wanted a tech-driven solution that would connect and automate the combination of systems they were using. Given that in most of their apartments they are unable to have receptionists to manually check in guests, it was vitally important that the new platform would allow for keyless check-ins and other contact-free and remote operations.

With dozens of serviced apartments located across Bristol, a traditional on-premises property management system would be time-consuming and expensive to implement.

Every morning, someone on the reservations team had to go in early and manually search for the day’s important information (check-ins, housekeeping requirements etc.), a process that would typically take an hour and a half or if not longer.
