Onboarding Process

Connecting MEWS to your Tripletex environment is straightforward, with an expected onboarding timeline of a few weeks. This process begins once your MEWS accounting setup is completed and the required accounting variables are shared with Emonkey.

Steps to Onboard:

1. Request the Tripletex connection through the MEWS Marketplace or through support@emonkey.no
2. Emonkey's onboarding team will contact you within two business days with next steps.
3. Complete your MEWS accounting setup.
4. Provide the required accounting variables to Emonkey.
5. Emonkey configures the accounting connection.
6. Emonkey sends test accounting entries to your Tripletex environment.
7. Validate test entries with your accounting team.
8. Emonkey activates the connection.

Emonkey's onboarding and support teams will guide you throughout the entire process and ensure the accounting connection functions smoothly after activation.

Standard Connectivity -- Data Transfer Details

The standard MEWS to Tripletex integration supports the transfer of the following accounting entries:

● Revenues: Aggregated by PMS accounting category level.

● VAT and Taxes: Via VAT/Tax codes or VAT/Tax ledger accounts.

● Payments: Aggregated by PMS accounting category level.

● Accounts Receivables: Sales entries with debtor information.

   * Standard debtor details include the debtor name and number.
