A qualified lead, or, in this case, a sales qualified lead, is a referee who meets the following criteria:
- They sign up for our referral program and accept the Terms and Conditions.
- They complete an initial call with a member of our commercial team.
- They indicate during the initial call that the referral property is interested in purchasing our solution and migrating their platform to Mews.
A referee can not become a sales qualified lead if:
- The property is an existing or past Mews customer.
- They have been previously referred by someone else.
- They were referred to us before the Effective Date of these Terms and Conditions.
- It is a property that we are already working with as a prospective customer or have spoken with in the past.
