Our referral program is a great way for Mews customers and partners to encourage more hoteliers to experience the power of Mews. We'll give you a unique link to share with your peers, and for every successful referral, you get a reward. Plus, you'll get the warm glow of knowing you helped our industry.

What rewards can I receive?

The standard reward for a “qualified lead” is €250 (or equivalent local currency), although from time to time this might change. You’ll have the option to choose from the following (depending on availability in your location):

  • Prepaid Visa
  • eGiftcard
  • Donation to a charity

What is a qualified lead?

A qualified lead, or, in this case, a sales qualified lead, is a referee who meets the following criteria:

  • They sign up for our referral program and accept the Terms and Conditions.
  • They complete an initial call with a member of our commercial team.
  • They indicate during the initial call that the referral property is interested in purchasing our solution and migrating their platform to Mews.

A referee can not become a sales qualified lead if:

  • The property is an existing or past Mews customer.
  • They have been previously referred by someone else.
  • They were referred to us before the Effective Date of these Terms and Conditions.
  • It is a property that we are already working with as a prospective customer or have spoken with in the past.

Who can I send my link to?

Feel free to send your link to anyone you think needs to know about Mews and is looking to transform their hospitality tech and start delivering some remarkable experiences. 

Is there a limit on the number of rewards I can receive?

No – as long as the referee meets the criteria to become sales qualified as mentioned above, you’ll get your reward.

How long will it take to receive my reward?

Whether the referrer meets all criteria for receiving a reward will be verified by us at our sole discretion. We will do our best to finalize the verification process within 21 calendar days from the time the initial call with referee is completed. However, in some situations, we may reasonably extend this period without prior notice. 

What happens if I don’t use my unique link?

To accurately track referrals made through the Mews Referral Program, we can only issue rewards to those referrers who have used their unique links.
