They generally include a kitchen or kitchenette, a living space, a sleeping area, a full bathroom, and may include housekeeping and laundry machines.

Serviced apartments are commonly used by people traveling for business or by tourists looking for more of a complete environment than a standard hotel room and bathroom. Extended stays are growing in popularity with digital nomads and people looking for a community feel when they’re away from home.

What unique features does a serviced apartment need in a PMS?

A PMS is used to manage the operations of a serviced apartment property.
